This ‘First Aid at Work: Initial Steps’ online learning course aims to provide learners with the knowledge required to act quickly, calmly, confidently, and potentially save a life if a medical emergency occurs.

It will take them through the key initial steps required for any medical emergency so that if a colleague or visitor is injured or becomes seriously ill in your workplace they know what to do.
